Hi, I’m Claudia, the founder and creative director of Claudia and Co.
Based in Canada with Italian roots and a personal connection to Portugal, my work is inspired by European traditions of bringing people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. 
With over a decade of experience, I guide couples through the planning process with honesty, ease, and a keen eye for the details that make a celebration unforgettable.
I bring calm confidence to every event and am equally dedicated to creating a flawlessly executed celebration while ensuring the entire experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

I’m a Gemini, passionate, easy going, and with a love for cookies that’s unmatched, so don’t be surprised if I bring a snack to share during a meeting.

My passion for design grew from creating fun and engaging spaces during my ECE background. I love starting with a vision and seeing it come to life. My favourite part of event day is organizing every detail and executing a celebration that leaves a lasting impression.

I’m fluent in Portuguese, which allows me to plan seamless weddings in Portugal. With a deep love for European wedding traditions, we also specialize in creating unforgettable destination weddings in Italy. If celebrating in either country is your dream, we’ll make it happen.

Flowers are my love language and bad Sci-Fi happens to be my jam! Within the last decade, I started my own floral business, become WPIC certified, and have made so many invaluable connections in the event industry. 
I absolutely LOVE helping people achieve their event dreams! Detailed checklists and timelines are my specialty, especially when they’re colour-coordinated. My favourite part of event day is collaborating with your vendor team to create the best day for you!

My love for weddings started young. Long before this became my profession, I was saving inspiration and building Pinterest mood boards. 
That passion brought me to marketing, where I get to merge storytelling with being part of those monumental life moments.
Beyond this work, I'm a multifaceted person: a science enthusiast, ballet dancer, and someone who enjoys cooking as a creative outlet. If it engages the imagination, demands critical thinking, and inspires passion, it has my attention.
What I love most about this work is the connection it creates and the big moments we get to be a part of. I'm here for the love stories and the ways we get to tell them.

From helping with setup details to ensure everything is perfect, to keeping our couples and clients at ease on event days. I love capturing the candid, behind-the-scenes moments that make each celebration unique, ensuring every detail is documented beautifully. My work allows our couples to relive their special day and lets us share the magic of our events with the world.

I’m an event enthusiast who loves bringing people and ideas together. Whether it’s a wedding, celebration, or special gathering, I’m all about creating moments that feel meaningful and memorable.
When I’m not coordinating events, you’ll find me watching movies, exploring new cuisines, traveling, or spending time with friends. I’m also a big sports lover — especially cricket — and enjoy both watching and playing whenever I can. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and building genuine connections along the way.
Every experience teaches me something new — and I bring that energy and curiosity into everything I do.
