  • Your wedding is a big deal. We get it. While you can choose from literally hundreds of GTA planners, our couples choose Claudia and Co. because of our flawless style, memorable celebration ideas and meticulous type-A attention to the detail. The details that matter most… to YOU. Every element of your wedding planning process should make you feel like a VIP. Our team makes decision-making a breeze, and takes the guess work out of finding your perfect vendor team. Claudia and Co. makes pulling together your most important celebration SIMPLE.

  • We're based in Toronto, but will happily travel anywhere for love! We regularly road trip to our client’s celebrations or collect passport stamps. Wherever you're celebrating your love, count us in! Our favourite celebrations include… you. So if you’re there - we are too.

  • While there is no minimum budget, it should be said that our clients typically spend $500+/person. Budget isn’t everything but, in our experience, it’s important to know your budget and set expectations to match for the best celebration planning experience.

  • Yes and no. We offer Wedding Management & Design for couples needing only partial assistance. However, Day of Coordination is a misnomer as it doesn’t really exist. In order for us to offer the best possible service and experience for our clients, our work begins months in advance.

  • In short - who we work for. Your Venue Coordinator is responsible for and a representative of the venue. I work for you and with you. Navigating everything including venue contracts, negotiations and on-site management on your behalf. Your big day will never be compromised by my venue loyalty or responsibility.

  • Your wedding has a million moving parts and it’s a lot of work. There will be a moment you’ll feel overwhelmed, exhausted or “over it”. Don’t be. It’s why we exist. To simplify the process and allow you to experience your engagement with more joy and wedding excitement. Your wedding team is essential to making your wedding a dream. A motto we live by is “Good Vibes Only” and we suggest you follow this when choosing your wedding team, as it will make for an unforgettable and super fun wedding day!
