Set against the backdrop of Steam Whistle Brewery in downtown Toronto, this wedding was a perfect fusion of romance, tradition, and modern elegance. With a keen eye for design and thoughtful details, we worked closely with Gillian and Nick to create a wedding that was not only visually stunning but also deeply personal, weaving in Ukrainian traditions alongside contemporary elements to craft an unforgettable experience.

A Celebration of Heritage & Heartfelt Moments

To honor the groom’s Ukrainian heritage, a beautifully displayed Korovai (Ukrainian wedding bread) graced the welcome table, accompanied by wedding photos of their parents and grandparents, symbolizing the continuation of love through generations. As a nod to cultural traditions and guest experience, we incorporated a late-night Ukrainian feast, a detail that was cherished by all. And in true downtown Toronto fashion, a hot dog cart paid homage to the city’s vibrant nightlife, reminiscent of the beloved “street meat” culture.

Every detail was curated with style and sophistication, including a selection of signature cocktails, each served with custom acrylic stir sticks for a bespoke touch. To ensure they were perfect, the couple had an exclusive tasting session, ensuring that every sip was as delightful as the celebration itself.

Live music set the tone for an interactive and electric atmosphere, with a live band keeping guests on their feet all night. In a breathtaking moment, the bride herself took to the stage, singing and dancing, making the night even more magical.
