Smart Logistics Meet Seamless Execution

Designing a smooth guest experience in a dynamic space like the Globe & Mail required strategic planning and flawless coordination. Their ceremony took place in the cocktail lounge where the main bar is located—so to ensure an uninterrupted flow, we created a satellite bar on the opposite side of the venue. This allowed guests to naturally shift while we flipped the ceremony space seamlessly into cocktail hour, maintaining the elegance and momentum of the evening.

Meaningful Touches with a Luxe, Playful Twist

Every detail of this wedding reflected the couple’s personalities and passions. In lieu of a traditional cake, they opted for a show-stopping cheese tower—a nod to their love for artisanal cheeses. Entertainment was abundant, with both a photo booth and video booth, while guests sipped champagne and enjoyed personalized fashion sketch favors. A stunning champagne tower became both a photo moment and a guest experience, reinforcing the event’s celebratory vibe and visual charm.
