Taking place on New Year’s Eve, this design and planning project was crafted to keep the energy high, the experience seamless, and the atmosphere elevated. With most guests traveling from the U.S., our team meticulously managed transportation and accommodations, ensuring a warm welcome and a stress-free celebration from the very start.

Virtual Planning, Real Magic

Planning a destination wedding over the holidays is no easy feat—but thanks to the couple’s complete trust in our process, we turned a logistical challenge into a seamless and stylish experience. From afar, we brought their vision to life, collaborating virtually and working through seasonal constraints to create a wedding that was equal parts romantic and show-stopping.

Thoughtful Details & Statement Decor

To complement the New Year’s Eve spirit, every detail was elevated. Guests were greeted by a playful and personalized “Best Year Yet” seating chart featuring custom name cards adorned with tassels—doubling as chic keepsakes. Over the dance floor, oversized balloon installations floated above, while artistic balloon accents added flair to the space. These stylish touches struck the perfect balance between celebration and sophistication.

A Midnight Moment Like No Other

The countdown to midnight was unforgettable. We handed out NYE props and handheld streamers for guests to celebrate in style, creating an electric moment as the clock struck twelve. This was more than just a wedding—it was a night full of joy, dancing, and love, set in the heart of downtown Toronto, crafted for a couple who wanted a truly immersive, luxurious, and unforgettable experience to welcome their new chapter.
