A Sparkling Celebration: Planning a Luxury Holiday Party for KNAR Jewellery

When KNAR Jewellery approached us to design their annual holiday party, we knew this was the perfect opportunity to merge sophistication with bespoke details that would reflect their brand’s timeless luxury. The result? An unforgettable evening that dazzled from start to finish.
A Vision in Red, Black, and Gold
The design details began right upon entrance with a custom red carpet and holiday decor that surrounded their door & windows
To create a cohesive and striking aesthetic, we embraced a colour palette of deep red, sleek black, and radiant gold. These rich tones set the stage for an event that was both festive and sophisticated, perfectly complementing the store’s exquisite jewelry collections from brands like Rolex, Dinh Van and Chopard.
Their store in Oakville was transformed with luxury holiday decor including 2 large Christmas trees, garlands all around the space, red velvet stands to make the jewelry truly stand out and sophisticated floral arrangements from one of our favourite Toronto vendors, Ashley from Flowerly Studios.
The black accents came through with the rentals in terms of the plexi bar and serving dishes from Element Event Solutions.
Every design element was meticulously chosen to evoke warmth and luxury, immersing guests in a world of festive glamour.
Bespoke Details: Elevating the Experience
No detail was too small when crafting this event. To reflect the store’s dedication to craftsmanship and uniqueness, we incorporated a variety of bespoke touches:
Custom Glass Ornaments: Each guest received a custom glass ornament with calligraphy by Lauren Pearson with their name or initials, a nod to the store’s attention to personalized luxury. These ornaments doubled as keepsakes, ensuring guests left with a tangible memory of the evening.

Signature Cocktails: Our mixologists from Kerr St Cafe in Oakville designed 4 signature cocktails that were delicious & festive. At Claudia and Co we’re all about the details and high-end service, so to ensure the cocktails were fabulous, we worked closely with the team and chose each glassware that would best compliment the specific drinks. Then on event day, we made sure the client tried all holiday signature drinks, to ensure they were absolutely perfect. Having these custom cocktails added a layer of sophistication to the beverage service.

Interactive Jewelry Display: One of the details guests adored was to be able to try on some of the store’s most iconic pieces. This got guests involved with the celebration and created a magical photo opportunity with stunning jewelry pieces.
Entertainment with Elegance
To ensure the evening flowed seamlessly, we curated a DJ (who was the same female DJ from our Dinh Van event for KNAR) to play classic holiday songs at the beginning of the celebration. DJ Nikolina’s booth was set right on top of the jewelry display, so it was immersive and she was able to create the vibe we wanted for the celebration. Later in the evening, she brought the party atmosphere allowing the guests to let loose and have some fun to end the night!
Culinary Excellence
The catering was nothing short of spectacular, featuring a menu designed to delight the senses. Hors d'oeuvres included Poached Pear & Whipped Feta, Mini Crab Cake & Gourmet Grilled Cheese, while also offering a choice of a Pepe Gnocchi Bowl or a Beef Carving & Yorkie Station.
For dessert, guests enjoyed a decadent display of macarons in vanilla bean and pistachio flavours, along with Dark Chocolate Raspberry cups and a red madeleine tree from Fruitlicious Cakes.
