This birthday celebration was designed & planned in 1 month and we were thrilled to see this event come to life for our amazing client, Jess.

Within our enhanced full service package, Jess was able to enjoy the entire process because we were with her right from the beginning. Choosing the perfect venue to host a party for 75 guests that would include a cocktail reception, seated dinner and be able to dance the night away with all her family & friends, to the design details and curating the best vendor team to create a memorable event!

From the modern design with Valentino Pink PP details because it was one of Jess’ favourite colours, to the signature drinks, discover how York Mills Gallery in Toronto became the perfect setting for an unforgettable 50th birthday bash.

From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with sophistication and charm. This started from this custom welcome sign that was placed just outside the doors to set the tone for the night - Fabulous & Fun! The sign and black stand is from Write It Loud Studios and the fresh floral is from Infinitude Design Canada

The celebration began with a cocktail hour, where attendees mingled amidst tastefully decorated surroundings and enjoyed a selection of gourmet hors d'oeuvres, antipasto station and signature drinks. The ambiance was nothing short of magical, with soft lighting and elegant décor enhancing the venue's industrial vibe.

As the evening progressed, a delicious dinner awaited the guests. We had personalized menus that were Valentino Pink, so guests were informed of the exquisite meal ahead including a custom dessert table by Fruitilicious Cakes and a Taco Bar as a late night treat.

Of course, no birthday celebration is complete without entertainment. DJ Timfamous created a lively atmosphere and encouraged guests to hit the dance floor. There was also a close-up magician that walked around to each table during dinner to keep guests entertained in different ways.

Throughout the night, speeches and toasts filled the air, celebrating the guest of honour, Jess. It was a time to reflect on milestones achieved and dreams fulfilled, surrounded by loved ones who have been part of her journey being fifty & fabulous!

As the event drew to a close, guests departed with smiles on their faces and hearts filled with warmth. The 50th birthday celebration at York Mills Gallery was not just an event; it was a testament to a life well-lived and the beginning of a new chapter filled with promise and excitement.
